Contest Rules

PURCHASE: No purchase necessary.
HOW TO REGISTER: Register at sponsor locations where you see Rock and Roll Hall of Fame posters and registration boxes or online at JL Mechanical website: www.JLMechanical.net
WHO CAN REGISTER: Must be 21 years or older to play and win. Employees and their family members of Mountain Broadcasting or any other radio stations, television stations, advertising agencies, or sponsoring vendors may not play Mountain Broadcasting contests.
HOW OFTEN CAN YOU REGISTER/WIN: One registration per person, per day, per sponsor location. Cash and large prize winners are eligible to win once every 30 days.
HOW MANY PRIZES: Only one prize will be awarded, and any disputes will be settled by the management of Mountain Broadcasting.
HOW IS PRIZE WINNER DETERMINED: One finalist will be drawn from each sponsor’s entries. The winner will be drawn at random from the finalists.
RESTRICTIONS ON PRIZES: Prize winner must be eligible to win the prize. Prizes are/are not transferable.
TAX LIABILITY: Winners are liable for all taxes arising from the value of the prize.
DISPUTES AND DISQUALIFICATIONS: By entering this contest, registrants agree to hold harmless Mountain Broadcasting, JL Mechanical and all sponsors/registration sites from any liability arising from registration for the contest.
OPEN LICENSE TO USE WINNERS VOICE AND LIKENESS: Calling our prize line OR entering our contests grants Mountain Broadcasting permission to put your name and/or voice on the air and an unrestricted open license to record, print and reproduce your name and/or voice and likeness without additional notice or compensation.
